Location

Physio Dynamics is located within the Dundrum medical centre. It is found on level four of the new Dundrum Town Centre, above Mc Cabes Pharmacy which is opposite Tesco.

Travelling by LUAS

Dundrum Town Centre is served by the Green Luas Line – St Stephen’s Green to Sandyford.
The nearest stop is Balally approx. 12 minutes from St. Stephen’s Green and Grafton St. Follow the pedestrian signs to the centre.

Travelling by Bus

Dundrum Town Centre is served by five Dublin Bus Routes:
17 Rialto to Blackrock
44/C City Centre to Enniskerry
44A City Centre to Ballinteer
75 Tallaght to Dun Laoghaire
48N Nitelink
Travelling by car

Directions from the M50

Leave the M50 at junction 13 (signposted Dundrum, Sandyford), then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ballinteer Road - R829 (signposted Dundrum).
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wyckham Way - R829 (signposted Dundrum, City Centre).
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wyckham Way - R829 (signposted Dun Laoghaire (R112), (N11).
At roundabout choose entrance to shopping centre and take signposted exits accordingly.
Arrive at Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin.

Car Parking

There are 6 entrances to the red and green car parks.
Car park tariffs are currently as follows;
1st hour is €2 and the 2nd and 3rd hours are Free.
Between 6pm and 11pm there is a maximum charge of €2.
